Can you refurbish my fursuit head?
We do accept refurb commissions, but it is on a very selective case-by-case basis. Acceptance depends on the overall quality of the head before it is refurbished.
Do you offer Fursuit Accessories? (Collars, Harnesses, Props, etc)
We do not currently offer any fursuit accessories, but we are always trying new things!
Can you fur the foambase I already own?
We do not offer furring/finishing services on bases from other makers unfortunately, BUT if you have commissioned a foambase from us in the past and would like us to finish it, we would be happy to help!
Do you accept “Artistic Liberty” commissions?
We do accept “Artistic Liberty” commissions, with the understanding that the client will supply us with a species and a color pallette then the rest of the character design will be up to us.
Do you offer payment plans?
We do! The details on our payment plans can be found within our Terms of Service.
If I supply the fur for my commission will that lower the price?
You can supply the fur for your commission if you would like, but the price of the commission will not be reduced from doing so.
What features do you not offer on suits?
We currently do not offer separate arm-sleeves, 3D/Follow-me eyes, or long/humanistic hairstyles. Feel free to ask about any feature you’re curious about!
How long will my commission take?
We complete Medium-sized commissions (Heads, Partials, Mini-Partials) within 6 months! Fullsuits can take up to 8 months to complete.
Do you ship internationally?
We do! International shipping prices usually range from $100-$300 USD. The customs agency of your country may hold your package and require you to pay a fee for the package to be released to you. Freak of Nature Studios is not responsible for any international customs agency charges, fees, or hold times.
How old do I have to be to commission you?
You must be 18 years or older to commission Freak of Nature Studios.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept payments through PayPal only.
Do you offer LEDs, Fans, or other electronic features?
We do not currently offer any electronic features in our suits.
Can you build my fursuit head to accommodate glasses?
In the past we have attempted to accommodate our heads for the client to wear glasses, but we found it distorted the fit too much to be practical.

I have pet allergies, do you have any pets which may come in contact with fursuit materials?
We own 2 ferrets and 2 bearded dragons. Even though we love them very much, they are never allowed to free-roam in the studio area.
